Srishti Ponnala

Attorney Srishti Ponnala  is an associate at Wayne Law S.C., focusing on business law, estate planning, and litigation. Srishti brings a unique combination of legal and professional facilitation expertise to her practice, building client relationships and helping clients navigate complex disputes with a collaborative solutions-oriented approach. 

Prior to joining Wayne Law S.C., Srishti practiced at a civil litigation firm in Madison where she represented clients across a broad range of complex matters, including insurance defense, personal injury,  professional negligence, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. During law school, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Innovation from the Wisconsin School of Business, advised entrepreneurs and small businesses around Wisconsin on business matters and intellectual property through several internships, and served as the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Business Law Section Student Liaison, where she has been published in WisBar InsideTrack. Srishti also clerked for the Hon. Judge Ralph Ramirez at the Waukesha Circuit Court.  

Srishti’s blend of litigation experience and business acumen allows her to provide clients with a full picture of their legal and practical needs, from dispute resolution to long-term business strategy. 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Srishti moved to Wisconsin for law school and is proud to call Madison her home. Outside of the office, you will find her planning her next trip abroad (she has traveled to over 24 countries), exploring new restaurants or enjoying time with her husband, friends, and family.
