Clara Lefton, J.D.

Clara Lefton, J.D. is a paralegal at Wayne Law S.C. assisting all the firm’s attorneys with their various areas of practice. Prior he was a Legal Intake Clerk at Hawks Quindel, S.C. and a Law Clerk at Balisle Family Law Legal Counsel, S.C. Additionally, he is a former intern of the Honorable Judge William Michael Conley of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. 

In his spare time Clara is a freelance writer whose work has appeared in the American Bar Association Magazine, The Capital Times, Daily Hampshire Gazette, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Philadelphia Business Journal, Our Lives Wisconsin, The Inquirer & Mirror, The Rainbow Times, and Rugby Today.

Additionally, he’s run public relations for both the largest collegiate rowing race (Dad Vail Regatta) and rugby tournament (Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship) in North America.

Originally from the East Coast, Clara earned a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College where he was a collegiate newspaper editor and NCAA rower; seven years later he enrolled at Rutgers Law School.

Outside of work you can often find him biking, playing ice hockey, walking his Pembroke Welsh Corgis, or taking care of his horse.
